Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Continuous bending, reaching, twisting and use of hands and arms.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Make all of our guests feel comfortable and let them know you're there to take care of them.
• Know regulars by name; know their preferences and needs.
• Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter orders in the POS.
• Ensure great guest experience by following the company's 10 steps of service.
• Assist in answering phones.
• Build drinks and prep items to Cien's recipe standards.
• Communicate regularly with your guests and anticipate their needs.
• Regularly refill drinks, clear plates, and go above and beyond guest expectations.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.
• Sanitize bar and equipment.
