• Follow RAS (responsible alcohol service) procedures as required by federal, state, and BWW policies.
• Use Point of Sale systems to record sales and receive payments.
• Work closely with team members to maintain a smooth dining room operation.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal communication and interaction skills to provide a personalized guest experience.
• Maintain time‑management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
