Responsibilities

• Maintains fast, accurate service and positive guest relations.
• Operates grill and maintains safety and efficiency.
• Ensures standards for equipment, facility, and grounds.
• Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
• Keeps restaurant clean and accessible for customers.
• Uses cash register and handles cash securely.
• Works as part of a team to support colleagues.
• Receives payments by cash, card, or gift card; issues receipts/refunds.
• Provides menu information and resolves customer concerns.
• Calculates bills and reads prices from menu items.
• Greets customers and explains store policies and procedures.
• Maintains a clean and orderly register area.
• Prepares milkshakes and beverages.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
