SSA Group seeks a Food Service Cook in Melbourne, FL to support kitchen operations, daily prep, and guest service while upholding SSA safety and quality standards. The role involves teaming with the Kitchen Manager and Restaurant Supervisor to maintain a clean, organized BOH and front-line service.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of food preparation experience, a food handling license preferred, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming experiences for every guest.
• Supports restaurant prep (BOH and line) for daily operation.
• Meets daily quickservice, food service, safety and quality standards.
• Ensures proper food quantities are set for daily service.
• Participates in safety logs including food temperatures, rotation and waste.
• Ensures safe food handling is maintained.
• Maintains SSA safety rules and a clean work environment.
• Follows daily prep and item lists; assists with dishwashing as necessary.
• Responds to guest and client feedback with supervisor report and fixes issues.
• Keeps knowledge of menu items, prices and specials for sharing with guests.
• Promotes a compliant and respectful work culture.
