Job summary

Turkey Hill in Ottsville, PA is seeking energetic team members to join our retail food service team. You will greet guests, prepare high quality food, follow food safety practices, and keep areas clean and well presented. The role supports Store Manager in delivering great guest experiences.

Flexible hours include day and night shifts; weekend and holiday availability preferred. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly manner to make them feel welcomed.
• Follow recipes and food prep procedures; ensure correct wrapping and labeling.
• Keep food service areas clean and compliant with safety standards.
• Operate the register and process sales efficiently to minimize wait times.
• Maintain overall appearance of food service areas.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure availability for guests.
• Lead by example in upholding company values and policies.
