Arizona Charlie’s Decatur and Boulder is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to support daily F&B operations. You will take guest orders, prepare drinks, and ensure accurate service while handling cash and POS transactions in a fast-paced casino environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean work area, stocking supplies, and adhering to health, safety, and gaming regulations. Excellent customer service and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• 6 months of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced food and beverage environment preferred.
• Cash handling experience.
• Experience with Infogenesis or similar POS systems preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture.
• Take food and beverage orders, prepare drinks, and ensure items are served accurately and efficiently.
• Follow all cash handling and POS system procedures, including processing comps and managing cash drops.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, dining area, and FOH equipment per Health Department and company guidelines.
• Receive and stock warehouse orders, ensuring all items are properly labeled and stored.
• Ensure adequate shift supplies including POS ribbons, comp paper, envelopes, and receipt paper.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
