Job summary

Onni Group is seeking a part-time Food and Beverage Team Member in Chicago to prepare beverages and food orders in line with Dialtone standards. You will manage guest flow, keep areas clean, and deliver friendly service that exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities include taking and serving orders, maintaining menu knowledge, cash handling, and assisting with stock, prep, and sanitation to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista/cook/server.
• Restaurant or coffee shop experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and communicate menu items to customers.
• Serve food and drinks to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive guest experience.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu offerings and dietary considerations.
• Handle cash and operate the POS system.
• Assist with stock, cleaning and safety compliance.
• Prepare beverages and food items as needed.
• Help with deliveries and stocking.
