Qualifications

• Guest service experience preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team oriented with reliable work ethic.
• Good communication with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and make them feel welcome.
• Take orders and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Follow policies for cash handling and safety.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
• Serve food in a courteous and timely manner.
• Prepare food items including noodles, salads, soups, sandwiches.
• Check food quality and temperatures for freshness and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper set up/breakdown of the restaurant.
• Handle guest concerns and work as a team per shift.
• Adhere to appearance standards; free shift meal.
