You will prepare beverages and dishes from the menu, take orders, handle payments, maintain cleanliness, and uphold safety standards while engaging guests and promoting other resort services.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One to three months related experience preferred.
• Must meet state and federal minimum age requirement for serving alcohol, if applicable.
• Current Food Handlers card.
• Ability to handle cash and calculate discounts and percentages.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memorize menus.

Aufgaben

• Greet and serve guests in an energetic and friendly fashion.
• Take food and beverage orders and relay to the kitchen.
• Prepare beverages following standard recipes; assist with smoothies.
• Serve food and beverages to guests indoors or on the patio.
• Handle cash and card transactions; ensure accurate charges and change.
• Maintain sanitation standards and safe work environment.
