Job summary

EYAS Hospitality Group, a Burger King franchisee, is seeking Crew Members for Burger King Restaurant #24866 in Nashville, NC. Both part-time and full-time positions with flexible schedules are available, along with a strong benefits package and opportunities for growth.

As a Crew Member you will greet guests, input orders into the POS, handle payments, and promote menu items while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming dining area for guests and team members alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with eye contact, smile, and answer questions about the menu.
• Accurately input orders into the POS system, including modifications.
• Process cash, card, and other payments with correct change.
• Suggest items or combos based on promotions and orders.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns with respect and process refunds as needed.
• Assemble food orders according to specifications and package properly.
• Keep dining area, counters, and restrooms clean and organized.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards and cooperate with team.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth operations.
• Count cash drawers and complete end-of-day procedures.
