Job summary

EYAS Hospitality Group, a Burger King franchisee, is hiring Crew Members for Burger King Restaurant #7810 in Knightdale, NC. Part-time and full-time positions with flexible schedules are available to join a team dedicated to hospitality, integrity, and growth.

As a Team Member, you will greet guests, input orders into the POS, handle payments, assist in food preparation, keep the restaurant clean, follow safety standards, and collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and walk.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, make eye contact, smile and answer menu questions.
• Input orders into the POS with accuracy and special requests.
• Process cash, card and other payments; ensure correct change.
• Suggest add-ons or combos based on promotions.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints with respect and process refunds as needed.
• Assemble food orders per specifications with packaging and condiments.
• Keep work area clean and organized, including dining area and counters.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with teammates for smooth operations.
• Count cash drawers and follow daily cash procedures.
