Job summary

Aramark is seeking a friendly Cashier to join our team in Kentucky. You will operate a register, greet guests, balance cash, and provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, ensuring accuracy, maintaining a clean workspace, stocking items, and following all cash handling policies. Previous customer service and cash handling experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Basic math and counting skills required.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Service trainings may be required by location.

Responsibilities

• Operate a register/POS and handle cash and credit transactions.
• Greet and assist customers while anticipating their needs.
• Count, organize and balance cash drawer and deposits.
• Adhere to Aramark's cash handling policies and procedures.
• Know merchandise to assist customers and process transactions accurately.
• Complete opening and closing procedures as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment during service and at shift end.
• Ensure product is stocked and replenish items as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
