Qualifications

• Previous cashier/front counter/restaurant experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash accurately.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• POS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
• Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions using our POS system
• Take phone orders and assist customers with menu questions and special requests
• Help manage pickup and takeout orders efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front counter and dining area
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and management team to ensure orders are prepared correctly
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash drawer counts and reconciliation
• Promote menu items, specials, and add-ons to enhance the guest experience
• Help create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for every customer
