The Fresh Market is seeking team members to work across departments such as Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End in Norfolk, VA. The position offers hourly pay in the low $12 range with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

You will engage with guests, learn their needs, advise on products, and help create a hospitable shopping experience while maintaining store standards and teamwork.
