Job summary

The Fresh Market is hiring team members in Virginia to work in Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The hourly pay range is $12.77–$13.32 per hour.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent guest service, learning customer needs to help plan meals, maintaining product knowledge, stocking items, and keeping the store clean and welcoming. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.
