Qualifikationen

• Prior experience as a Bagger or Courtesy Clerk is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Greet, engage and assist customers.
• Process customer transactions through the check lane quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
• Understand the POS system and handle various tender types (Cash, Checks, Credit, Debit, SNAP EBT, WIC, coupons).
• Follow store policies on cash shortages/overages and protect loss.
• Adhere to guidelines on restricted sale items (Alcohol, Tobacco, DVDs).
• Report pricing discrepancies to the Scan Coordinator.
• Stay current with ads and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and safety procedures.
• Create a welcoming environment and answer questions about products.
