Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with inquiries to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Manage cash wrap, balance transactions, and operate the POS accurately.
• Answer phones with professional etiquette and provide guest assistance.
• Maintain appearance of the cash wrap and surrounding area.
• Communicate guest needs to leadership and team clearly.
• Participate in store events as scheduled by Store Manager.
• Adhere to store policies and procedures and support store operations.
