Panera Bread is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to bring warmth, care, and joy to every guest interaction in a bakery-cafe setting. You will contribute to a growing community-focused team, working across areas like production, service, and barista tasks, while delivering high-quality meals with real ingredients.

The role emphasizes welcoming guests, efficient food preparation, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16+ and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Clear communication in loud environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with guests.
• Food Handler’s Card may be required by law.
• Food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Operate assigned area within the bakery-cafe (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, QC, etc.).
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and efficiency.
• Stay on the move, assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment following food safety standards.
• Be adaptable to daily priorities and support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties.
