Panera Bread is seeking a friendly Restaurant Team Member to bring warmth and care to every guest interaction. You’ll join a bustling bakery-cafe, handling food prep, assembly, cash handling, and guest service with a focus on accuracy, speed, and hospitality.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training includes food safety and proper service etiquette to ensure top quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Clear communication with guests, managers, and teammates in a loud environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for making guests feel welcome.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic food safety understanding; Food Handler’s Card as required by law.
• Food service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm and assist across service areas.
• Prepare salads, soups, and sandwiches with accuracy and efficiency.
• Move between entry, cashier, and dining areas to support guests.
• Maintain a clean, safe, inviting environment following food safety standards.
• Adapt to daily priorities and support the next shift with stocking and cleanup.
