Job summary

Panera Bread is hiring a Restaurant Team Member to be the heart of hospitality in a fast-paced bakery-café. You will greet guests warmly, prepare fresh salads, soups and sandwiches, and assist in cashier and dining areas, all while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16+ and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Clear communication in a loud environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to make guests smile.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and accuracy.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
