Panera Bread is hiring a Restaurant Team Member to be the heart of hospitality, delivering warmth, care, and joy with every guest interaction. You will connect with guests, contribute to the bakery-cafe's daily operations, and help create meaningful experiences across the community.

Responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, preparing and serving fresh items, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16+; ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must be able to clearly communicate and understand directions in a loud environment.
• Food safety training/awareness.

Responsibilities

• Execute duties for your area within the bakery-cafe (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, etc.).
• Greet every guest with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and accuracy.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards.
• Support team by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up next shift.
