Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Café Attendant to help guests enjoy a quick bite between activities. You will greet guests, know the menu inside and out, recommend items, ensure accuracy, and serve food and drinks to a high standard.

No extensive experience required, but a guest-focused mindset and team spirit are essential. Responsibilities include handling payments, opening/closing duties, maintaining cleanliness, and following safety protocols to keep our guests satisfied and returning.

Qualifications

• Prior food & beverage or retail experience a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset and ability to work in a team.
• Able to communicate effectively with management, teammates and guests.
• Food Handlers Certification, as required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet all Guests, acting as a FUN ambassador.
• Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy.
• Prepare quick-service food and beverages according to recipes.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and anticipate guest needs.
• Process payments and welcome guests back.
• Perform opening, mid-day or closing duties.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
