Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is hiring Café Attendants to help Guests choose quick bites and energize their play. You’ll know the menu inside and out, suggest items, prepare food and beverages, and ensure accuracy and timely delivery while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

We value guest-focused service, teamwork, and reliability, with opportunities to grow and participate in our training programs. This role requires flexibility for days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus but not required
• Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Food Handlers Certification, as required
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Availability to workdays, nights and/or weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet all Guests, all while being an ambassador of FUN!
• Recommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy
• Preparing quick-service food and beverages according to recipes and standards
• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest’s needs
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties
• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
