Job summary

Main Event Café Attendants provide exceptional guest experiences by knowing the menu inside and out, assisting guests with quick bites, and ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met. You’ll be the friendly face that welcomes guests, makes recommendations, and supports smooth service across the cafe area.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or food service experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong guest-focused mindset and teamwork orientation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and teammates.
• Food handlers certification as required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcoming guests and acting as an ambassador of FUN.
• Recommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy.
• Preparing quick service food and beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Delivering food and drinks promptly and anticipating guests' needs.
• Processing payment transactions and greeting guests returning.
• Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
