Job summary

Main Event Entertainment seeks a Café Attendant to greet Guests, suggest menu items, and expertly prepare quick-service food and beverages. You will deliver orders promptly, handle payments, and help maintain a clean, safe dining area to keep guests energized for their activities.

Ideal candidates show a guest-focused mindset, strong teamwork, and clear communication with managers and team members. Availability for variable shifts, including weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork is a must.
• Food Handlers Certification, as required.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to workdays, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet Guests, be an ambassador of FUN.
• Recommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy.
• Preparing quick-service food and beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guests’ needs.
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming guests back.
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties.
• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
