Job summary

Responsibilities include monitoring alcohol consumption to prevent over-service and promptly notifying supervisors if needed. You will also keep the Shift Manager updated on any issues during your shift.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to remember drink orders and guest locations.

Responsibilities

• Takes beverage orders from guests and relays orders to bartender; remembers the guest, their location, and the drink order.
• Monitors guests' drink consumption to prevent intoxication and notifies supervisory personnel if a guest appears intoxicated.
• Keeps the Shift Manager informed of any problems or issues.
