Qualifications

• Experience bartending and providing high guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of beer, wine and liquor varieties.
• Ability to handle cash and follow IRS tips reporting.
• Familiar with state and federal liquor regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar and close bar, stocking liquor and garnishes.
• Greet guests and suggest specials.
• Deliver orders promptly to tables.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure beverages meet quality standards.
• Use suggestive selling techniques.
• Know all drinks, prices, and recipes.
• Know service standards for beer, liquor and wine.
• Prepare beverage mixers to recipe.
• Properly ring up items on MICROS.
• Handle payments and cash handling per IRS rules.
• Follow Ramp guidelines and ID procedures.
• Complete opening/closing side worksheets.
• Communicate courteously with guests and staff.
• Accommodate guest requests.
• Attend orientation when required.
• Observe safety procedures and sanitation.
• Report accidents or hazards to supervisor.
