Hilton Marietta is seeking a bartender for evening and weekend shifts at our busy hotel bar. You will manage supplies, prepare drinks, and serve guests with a friendly, professional manner. This role supports guest experiences with accuracy and courtesy in a fast-paced setting.

You will handle cash and the MICROS system, know drink recipes and prices, and maintain proper glassware. Collaboration and reliable attendance are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently maintain bar supplies and daily requisitions.
• Be familiar with liquor varieties, recipes, prices, glassware, and garnishes.
• Know drink recipes, prices and beverage options.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately, including tips policies.
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain positive guest relations.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Complete liquor liability training within 30 days and every 2 years.
