Hot Tuna in Harrisburg, NC is seeking a bartender to join our team. You will prepare cocktails and non-alcohol beverages, interact with guests, and help run a smooth bar operation.

The ideal candidate has proven bartending experience, is skilled in mixing and presentation, and brings a positive, guest-focused attitude. Multilingual ability is a plus, and a bartending certificate is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a bartender.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
• Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
• Relevant training certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
• Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Plan and present bar menu.
• Check customer\'s identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
