Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves drinks, beer, and wine with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Demonstrates prompt, friendly guest service and positive interactions with guests.
• Greets guests warmly and maintains a pleasant demeanor.
• Takes guest orders, follows procedures, collaborates with team for guest satisfaction.
• Safely handles food, maintains cleanliness and order in work areas.
• Monitors freshness and quality of ingredients.
• Places orders for supplies and prices products as needed.
• Manages product checks, storage, and invoice review.
• Operates registers and handles transactions.
• Adheres to hygiene and dress code guidelines.
• May perform dishwashing to maintain cleanliness.
• Performs other assigned duties.
