Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of drink preparation or service.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and focus on customer service.
• Ability to remain calm when dealing with unruly members or guests.
• Ability to learn Point of Sales (POS) systems.
• Prolonged periods of standing and preparing drinks.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Must be of legal drinking age.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the bar prior to opening to ensure that adequate supplies are at hand.
• Stock the bar with liquor, beer, and other bar-related supplies.
• Prepare, mix, and garnish mixed drinks.
• Greet members and guests.
• Mix, prepare, and serve drinks to members and guests ordered by food servers and beverage servers.
• Maintain the bar and ensure it is clean and organized.
