Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year beverage experience in fine dining.
• Basic knowledge of wine service.
• Need to have or be willing to obtain a TABC server’s permit before start date or end of the grace period.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of a range of cocktails, beverages, and cordials.
• Maintains assigned bar or station to fit guests’ needs.
• Makes drinks for the dining room from server orders.
• Cleans and maintains bar equipment.
• Engages and educates guests about our bar programs.
