Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide superior service.
• Communicate and suggestively sell menu offerings.
• Take orders and mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per standards.
• Maintain a well-stocked bar with required mixers and garnishes.
• Process cash handling duties and present checks to guests.
• Coordinate with kitchen for timely service and keep workstation neat.
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures for purchase and serving.
• Follow safe food handling and hygiene practices.
• Adhere to safety standards and report equipment issues to management.
• Perform opening and/or closing side work per checklists.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
