Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and shows personal attention.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to Guest preferences.
• Moves between barista, greeter, and other shift roles as needed.
• Takes orders and manages the cash drawer following cash-handling, safety, and security standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked per Caribou's standards.
• Anticipates needs for Guests or teammates and acts proactively.
• Provides product recommendations grounded in knowledge, not just a script.
