Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide incredible guest service by developing relationships, listening, anticipating needs and making recommendations.
• Hand-craft beverages to order and prepare food offerings to standard operating procedures.
• Flex between barista and guest service, manage orders, and follow cash handling policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and organization; support teammates and adapt to changing priorities.
