Job summary

Indie Campers in Salt Lake City is looking for passionate travel enthusiasts to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional guest service while ensuring the maintenance and operation of our fleet of campervans.

As the face of the company, you will handle reservations, welcome guests, and manage their check-ins and check-outs. Ideal candidates should have experience in hospitality or customer service and be fluent in English. We offer a competitive package with training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, rent-a-car, or customer service is preferred.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Eligibility to work in the US with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations, welcome guests, and manage check-ins and check-outs.
• Prepare and clean the campervans.
• Monitor and maintain campervan conditions.
• Process payments and manage complaints.
• Train and supervise team members.
