Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old and 18+ to work opening/closing shifts.
• Reliable and punctual with good math and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability and a customer-first mindset.
• Previous customer service experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, process payments and address issues with a friendly approach.
• Operate cash register or POS devices and use upsell techniques to boost sales.
• Communicate positively with customers, peers and managers.
• Verify accuracy of guest orders and prepare food and drinks.
• Clean kitchen, dining areas, restrooms and utensils; maintain health standards.
• Stock inventory and support multiple workstations; attend shifts reliably.
