Job summary

Harri (operated as independent franchisee for Jack in the Box) is seeking staff in North Las Vegas to deliver a WOW guest experience with quality food, service, and a clean restaurant environment. You will ensure timely orders, handle guest concerns, and work with a team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, following procedures, and showing flexibility for scheduling. Prior experience in customer service and cash handling is valued.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior.
• Ability to stand and walk approximately 90%-95% of shift.
• Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs.
• Ability to take guests’ orders, operate a cash register, and read video monitors.
• Ability and desire to work in a very fast-paced environment.

• Delivers a WOW guest experience through quality food, service and cleanliness.
• Maintains timeliness, quality and accuracy of all orders; shows urgency.
• Handles guest complaints with courtesy, apology and resolution.
• Interacts effectively with diverse groups and remains bias-free.
• Works with team members; supports training and onboarding as needed.
• Keeps personal and uniform cleanliness and follows grooming standards.
• Follows restaurant procedures and scheduling requirements.
