Job summary

Areas USA, Inc. is seeking a Lead at our Florida location near the Florida Turnpike in Ocoee, FL. You will assist the Unit General Manager and Restaurant/Retail Manager in achieving sales and operational goals while guiding a shift team to deliver an excellent guest experience.

Key duties include supervising shift employees, coaching on service standards, ensuring food and product quality, and training new staff. We offer full-time hours with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• One to two years of related restaurant experience.
• Minimum High School Diploma; some College preferred.
• Strong guest service, sales and operational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Models a guest-first attitude and supervises shift employees.
• Reviews store environment to coach and improve service and sales.
• Ensures food and products are prepared and served to standards.
• Trains new associates during shifts to build a productive team.
• Executes operational excellence to meet service and quality goals.
• Maintains calm, leads by example during peak times.
• Communicates improvement recommendations to management.
• Performs special projects as assigned.
