Job summary

Willie’s Grill & Ice House in Hill Country Village, TX is urgently hiring a highly skilled Server. Join a lively, team-oriented Texas Icehouse that values scratch-made food, exceptional guest service, and community entertainment.

As a Server you will deliver enthusiastic, welcoming service, know the menu thoroughly, and handle orders and payments with accuracy while maintaining safety, sanitation, and a positive work atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Required Alcohol Certification and Food Handler’s Certificate.
• Strong communication skills and basic math ability.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, timely, and “Guest First” service to ensure every guest feels welcome
• Know the menu thoroughly including wines, beers, and cocktails to confidently answer questions and make recommendations
• Take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders, following all safety and sanitation standards
• Assist fellow team members to create a cooperative and positive work environment
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and dining area
• Handle payments accurately and follow cash handling procedures
• Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and alcohol service regulations
