Willie’s Grill and Ice House in College Station, TX is seeking a motivated Server Assistant/Busser to join our energetic team. You will support servers, help guests, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience.

Responsibilities include refilling beverages, delivering food, bussing tables, maintaining clean dining and restroom areas, and following sanitation standards and dress guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old with a valid food handler's license.
• Friendly, positive attitude in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable with strict adherence to schedules and clock-in/out times.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests to ensure a welcoming dining experience.
• Refill beverages and deliver food to servers.
• Clear and clean tables quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain restrooms, floors, and other areas clean.
• Perform side-work and stock server stations.
• Observe guest dining and pre-bus tables to aid service.
• Communicate guest requests to servers and management.
• Follow sanitation standards and dress/grooming guidelines.
