PF Chang's China Bistro in Greensboro, NC is seeking dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitresses or Waiters to join our team. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced service environment. No prior experience required—we provide training.

You’ll learn the menu, engage guests, take and serve orders, and process payments while upholding high sanitation standards. We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement in a culture

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you!
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
