Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro in Dublin, OH is hiring dine-in servers. Prior experience isn’t required as training is provided. The role emphasizes hospitality, guest engagement, and high service standards to ensure a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities include guiding guests through the menu, taking and serving orders, and processing payments while maintaining a clean, organized dining area. This is a fast-paced team environment with tip-based earnings.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handlers Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
