Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group seeks a dynamic, service-oriented Server to join the Waterstone Boca F&B team in Boca Raton, FL. This part-time position offers flexible hours, daily pay options, and a robust benefits package with health, 401(k) matching, PTO, and more.

You will seat guests, take orders, ensure accurate delivery, and maintain station cleanliness while upholding liquor regulations and high service standards.

Qualifications

High school education required; post-high school education preferred.
At least 1 year in a hotel/restaurant serving role.

Responsibilities

Seat and take accurate food orders from guests.
Monitor food distribution and presentation to guests.
Check station before, during and after shift for setup and cleanliness.
Abide by all liquor regulations pertaining to service of alcohol.
Know menu items, preparation and service procedures.
Total checks, present to guests and process payments.
Assist with bussing tables and related duties.
Perform other duties as assigned.
