Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Server to join our team at Waterstone Boca F&B in Boca Raton. This part-time role offers a fast-paced, guest-focused environment with opportunities to grow and earn tips.

Responsibilities include taking accurate orders, delivering meals, complying with liquor regulations, and providing friendly, attentive service. Prior restaurant experience and a high school education preferred.

Qualifications

• Team player with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced hotel/restaurant setting.
• Strong verbal communication and guest service orientation.
• Basic cash handling and math skills for transactions.

Responsibilities

• Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests.
• Monitors food distribution and ensures meals are presented well.
• Checks station for cleanliness before, during and after shift.
• Complies with liquor regulations for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Knows menu items, preparation, and service procedures.
• Totals checks, presents to guests and accepts payment.
• Assists with bussing tables and performs other duties as assigned.
