Job summary

Vista Host Hotels Management & Development is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests. You will present menus, explain items, take orders, and ensure timely, accurate delivery with a courteous, guest-centric approach.

The role requires the ability to handle a fast-paced environment, maintain detail oriented service, and collaborate with team members to meet guest expectations. On-site dining experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to anticipate guests’ service needs and respond proactively.
• Strong organizational skills, focus, and attention to detail.
• Effective communication with guests and coworkers.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a food server preferred.
• Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage service to guests in a positive, professional manner.
• Present the menu, explain items, and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and present orders in a timely, organized fashion.
• Refill water, prepare coffee, and respond to guest requests.
• Clear and reset tables to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Polish silverware and set up beverage stations for shifts.
• Listen to guest concerns and resolve issues with empathy.
• Support team to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
