THE ONE GROUP is seeking a Server Assistant in Salt Lake City to support the service team, ensure tables are set, and help deliver an unparalleled dining experience. You will anticipate guest needs, assist servers, and uphold THE ONE GROUP’s high standards of service.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring an elevated and memorable dining experience.
• Work closely with servers to deliver food, answer guest questions, and maintain table standards.
• Run food and drinks efficiently while ensuring accuracy and proper table placement.
• Pre-bus tables, remove used tableware between courses, and reset tables promptly.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly to maintain seamless service flow.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, ensuring service areas and dining spaces are neat and organized.
• Assist with table setups, stocking service stations, and additional front-of-house tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members to enhance efficiency and service speed.
• Follow all health and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
