Job summary

Just Salad in Miami is seeking Toppers to join our front-of-house team. You will focus on guest interactions, filling orders, topping salads, and supporting digital orders. You’ll help maintain freshness, perform FIFO, and keep the line clean.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Remains stationary or moving continuously throughout a shift.
• Bend, stoop and reach as needed throughout a shift.
• Clear and professional communication with customers and team members.
• Follow all health department policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to Just Salad guests.
• Fills out order ticket clearly and accurately.
• Assists with digital orders as needed.
• Tops salads and wraps.
• Restocks toppings and lettuce as needed.
• Practices FIFO (First in First out).
• Cleans the line.
• Completes assigned tasks.
• Works as Name Taker if needed.
• Cleans, restocks and breaks down topping line at shift end.
• Follow food safety and quality standards.
• Support programs to minimize environmental footprint.
