Job summary

Target in Apex, NC is seeking a Specialty Sales Team Leader to guide a guest-focused team across departments, drive sales and maintain a high standard of store presentation. The role emphasizes coaching, planning workloads, and delivering excellent guest service daily.

You will lead hourly team members, partner with leaders, and ensure accurate execution of merchandising plans while maintaining safety and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in retail is preferred, with leadership exposure a plus.
• Ability to coach, develop and manage hourly team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistent guest experience and uphold Target's service model.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet store priorities and goals.
• Lead and develop a team of consultants across departments.
• Monitor area metrics and take action to improve performance.
• Ensure merchandising and backroom processes are well executed.
