Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly associates and ensure guest experience commitments.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals.
• Coach, interview, and develop team members; maintain operations and safety.
• Monitor metrics and drive actions to improve guest engagement and outcomes.
• Ensure proper merchandising, planograms, and store presentation.
• Support store-level leadership on duty and assist with backroom processes.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding processes.
